Valfli po'lat nima?

 

Valve po'lat issiqlikka chidamli po'latning muhim tarmog'idir, bu ichki yonish dvigatelini qabul qilish va sadoqatli maxsus materiallar ishlab chiqarishdir. Umumiy valf po'latining mexanik xususiyatlari

 

TENTILE kuch: Bu pog'onani yirtizarga qarshi turadi. Turli xil valfli po'latlarning keskinligi turli xil talablarga ega. Masalan, ASTM A105, Otalar uchun umumiy uglerod po'lat zavodi odatda 485 va 620 MPa orasida keskinlik kuchiga ega.

 

Kuch berish: Bu po'lat pog'onani past deformatsiya boshlagan stress. Hosildorlik valfning xavfsizligi uchun kuch sarflaydi. Masalan, WCB odatda 200 va 230 MPa oralig'ida hosildorlik kuchi bilan ishlatiladigan valevılmali po'latdir.

 

Abonquatsiya: Bu uning asl uzunligiga chizilganidan oldin po'latning maksimal uzayishi nisbati. Uzluklanish po'latning plastik xususiyatlarini aks ettiradi. Umuman olganda, ko'tarilish qanchalik baland bo'lsa, po'latning pozitsiyasi shunchalik yuqori bo'ladi. Masalan, A105 ARTMning uzluksizligi odatda 20% va 35%.

 

Qattiqlik: bu po'lat qanchalik yumshoq yoki qattiqligi o'lchovidir. Qattiqlik qanchalik baland bo'lsa, po'latning kiyishi va siqish kuchi yaxshiroq. Masalan, WCBning qattiqligi odatda 20 dan 25 gacha.
